Streamline backplane with Connect and MCU RP2354

The Streamline MCU RP2354 is a basic Streamline RP2354 MCU board build around a RP2354.

The Streamline backplane pin mapping was originally build around 100-pin STM32 MCUs, so fitting that to RP2350 took some juggling. See:

Errata

The Streamline MCU RP2354 has gone through a number of revisions. The current version is rev. D.

Rev. D

One mistake was made with the onboard LED. It is connected to the PC13 pin on the header but it is not connected to the MCU. This is easily fixed with a jumper on the header - like this:
