The [[NRST]] is the reset pin on [[STM32]] [[MCU]]s.  It is active low (hence the "N") so for normal operation it needs to be pulled up to VCC.  The [[STM32]] [[MCU]]s have an internal pull up resistor so if unused it is acceptable to leave this pin dangling.
